The name of our Family homestead settlement comes from the village "Krasnaya Polyana". Later he was known as letnik (place where people live only in the summer) "Krasnopolyanskij". On many maps this name appears to this day. "Krasnaya Polyana" in Bashkir sounds like "Матур аҡлан". Local community calls it even more beautiful word "Жаннат" which means "Paradise".
Our settlement is located 10 km south of the resort village "Krasnousolsky" towards the villages Utyakovo, Tugaevo, Petrovskoe, where asphalt road leads. It is enough to drive ten kilometers and on the left on the hill will be clearly visible building of our settlements. It is located in extensive forest clearings in the area of about 100 hectares.
The first pioneers came to this land in 2003. The first people who decided to stay in the settlement for the winter from 2007 to 2008 –Vadim and Julia Belovy, and their young children Juliana and Yaroslav. After a while, they were joined by Zhenya and Marina Rameevy and their children Alisa and Zlata. Zlata is the first native inhabitant in our community. She is 4 years old now.
Residents of our settlement are happy owners of plots of land from 1 to 2 hectares. It is citizens of Sterlitamak and several families from the city of Salavat. That was until 2012. Since last year began to change and the geography of places. It is not only Orenburg region residents of Russia, but also resident of Canada – native of this place.
The total area of the six fields in which have settled down the Family homestead settlements is 100 hectares. For the future we have the opportunity to expand in a southerly direction.
At the moment 42 families already have their own Family homesteads.
In our settlement live 4 families year-round. Belov family is living here for 6 years, Rameev family – 4 years and Davydov family – 2 years.
The plant world is very diverse. Trees: birch, aspen, oak, elm, maple, alder, pine, etc. Acres of land consist of chernozemic soil. Chernozemic soil is very fertile and produces a high agricultural yield. There are a lot of herbs, mushrooms and berries. The water is shallow there, from 4 to 9 meters.
The fauna here is also very diverse.
The settlement is located in the foothills. Light frosts are possible in summer. The road is located near the settlement, in spite of asphalt surface, there is low-intensity movement there.
There is a small building, known locally as a library. It has a few hundred books. The construction can be used as a place of rest in the summer.

About the road. In the settlement leads well asphalt road and we improve little by little 2 km of road inside the settlement.
About water. There is one perennial stream and two streams drying up by mid-summer. Discovered, excavated, cleaned and operates one public well. 8 homesteads also have their own wells.
About electricity. The principal decision of the residents of the settlement does not run the mains electricity and mains gas. Thanks to the development of alternative energy issues with the availability of electricity does not arise. For cooking are used bottled gas and heating and cooking stoves.
In our settlement there is a development strategy for the next 5 years.
Now there are 11 major houses in various stages of construction. In many families there are younger school-age children. Therefore, in 2014 began construction of a multifunctional house to be used as a school, place for meetings and place for the guests.
For children's entertainment we have the separate clearing of about 3 hectares.
Well, what is life without the holidays?! We spend holidays often and with great imagination, joy and enthusiasm of old times.
In the summer of 2014 our settlement hosted the participants of the rally in support of the Family homesteads.
