„Chudosvet“ („Kangulovo“) Settlement

Our Family homestead settlement is located near the village of Kangulovo, 18 km away from the city of Neftekamsk in Kaltasinsky district, Republic of Bashkortostan.

In October 2001 readers of books by Vladimir Megre "the Ringing Cedars of Russia" are gathered together at the music school of the city of Neftekamsk. The meeting was attended by Fedor Evgen'evich Bikbatyrov, who at that time held the position of Chairman of the Land committee of Kaltasinsky district. After the meeting, Kumushbaev family introduced Fedor Bikbatyrov to Alexey Nikolayev, Sergey Chiginev, Alexander Merzlyakov and Salavat Yulaev. Fedor Bibatyrov also read those books, so he introduced them to the Head of Kaltasinsky district administration, Republic of Bashkortostan.

The Kaltasinsky District Administration has allocated a plot of land of 110 hectares for the creation of Family homesteads.

In 2004 agricultural land adjacent to the village Kangulovo, lease personal subsidiary plot.

In 2007 extend a lease for 49 years. Granted permission for the construction of housing and outbuildings. In 2012 conduct the line. Now we have light in settlement. It helps to improve our family homesteads. To date were built 23 houses and 25 new baths.

Every year the number of overwintering in the Family homestead settlement increases. Many live in settlement from early spring to late autumn – come, wherever possible: after work, for the weekend, for the holidays, on vacation. Because for the provision of the necessary facilities of the family homestead we need money: earn in the city, the city helps us with it.

On the area of 4 hectares, in the center of settlement, we began to build a common house. Also will be built: school, craft workshops, amphitheatre and playground. Along the perimeter of the total area planted hedge; in a circle planted saplings of cedars and limes. This is the place, where we spend holidays, meetings; place, where we are planning and solving the general case.

We plant in settlement hedge of forest trees and shrubs. Planted about 60 thousand seedlings: pine, spruce, birch, larch, fir, cedar, aspen, tie, maples, mountain ash, manchurian walnut, poplar, linden, oak, chestnut, grey alder, silverberry, arborvitae, juniper. There are different types of shrubs: hawthorn, berberis, acacia, syringa (lilac), viburnum, snowberry, various types of roses.

In each family homestead planted orchard crops: apples, pears, plums, cherries, apricots, quince, bog bilberry, gooseberry, vitis, ribes, cherry plum, blueberries, cranberries, honeysuckles.

We grow food for our families: cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, zucchini, pumpkin, carrots, beets, potatoes, sweet peppers, garlic, onions, watermelons, radishes and different types of spices.

We gather wild berries, mushrooms, medicinal herbs in our settlement.

From 2004 were born 21 kids, six of them – five boys and one girl, were born in Family homestead.

Together we celebrate holidays, housewarming party, wedding and childbirth.

Together we can make dreams come true.
